If you're not happy or satisfied with an item in your order, you may send it back to us within 10 days from when you received the order; for an exchange or refund.

Items sent back after the 10 day return period will not qualify for refund or exchange.

- Returns must be in their original condition and unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags. 

- Only items/orders purchased on the site can be returned for refund or exchange. All orders outside of the webstore are final.

- Shipping fees will not be credited.

The customer is liable for the return shipping costs, unless an item been received in error. Always retain proof of postage.

We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or exchange for items that are not in a re-sellable condition.

We are a small operation so orders will be processed within 2 business days that it is made - but please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch. Please keep in mind business days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays. At busier times of the year, or special events, please allow some extra time for processing.
